Immersive Portals doesn’t have a 1.21 version, though it does have 1.21.1.
If you could update to 1.21.1 as well, that would be amazing.
If you’re already working on that, then I apologize and this issue is useless.

I pushed a (incompletely tested) version for 1.21.1.

It contains a few unfinished features, but hopefully works. Feel free to report any issues.
